Helvetica



Helvetica. (Helvetica) - sans serif font, is classified as a neo - grotesque. Presented by the world in 1957 by the Swiss company Haas'sche Schriftgiesserei. Since then, rapidly gained popularity, and currently is the most common type in the world.


Arial. (Arial) - established in 1982 by Robin Nicholas and Patricia Saunders for Monotype, and not for Microsoft, as many think.


Faces of the majority of characters are similar to Arial Helvetica. However, the differences are easily detected in the upper. ... to. ... ,. ... F. ... ,. ... I. ...





In the lower-case. ... and. ... ... l. ... and figure. ... a. ...





Although the differences are not significant, but large blocks of text typed in Helvetica or Arialom - look different.
